Business During Covid

Navigating through 2020, we experienced many firsts and had to adapt how we operated.

Our shop has been vigilant in keeping a strong health and safety program while adapting to the new guidelines, procedures and bylaws.


As many businesses have seen, navigating through these tough times has been challenging. However, it has given us the ability to zero in on our strengths and learn through our weaknesses. Having to adapt to tough times has given us the opportunity to grow in new areas and nourish our business values.


Tough times create tough people. And we're all pretty tough.


Here are some of our current guidelines and policies that we use to make the experience with us as seamless and safe as possible.


If you are feeling sick, please do not come in.

If you have new onset or worsening symptoms (as listed on the AHS website), please don't come in. We have many options to get in contact with us while isolating. Give us a call or send in an email, and we will do our best to accommodate you.


To make the pickup experience seamless, we now have a "Curbside Pickup" program.

If you prefer curbside pickup, please call once you are in the parking lot. If our second overhead door is available, please park there. When you are parked, please always call into our shop (403) 569-0005, identify where you are parked and we will get to you right away.


Sectioned off customer areas.

We have areas at our main entries with stanchions, for the safety of our staff and our customers, we ask that people do not cross the stanchion. These areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected for everyone's safety. We understand that customers occasionally need to come beyond these stanchions, we ask that you sanitize first and complete a Daily Checklist if this is the case.


We also are streamlining our payments and processes.

For payments, we still accept many means of payment - cash, cheque and credit card. We do encourage card or electronic payment whenever possible, but we still accept all methods of payment. We now accept e-transfers and EFTs as well. This means its easier and faster to come in, pickup and pay than ever before. If you prefer our electronic payments, don't hesitate to ask!


Donut Fridays are back!

During the beginning of Covid, we suspended our Donut Fridays for the safety of everyone. As time progressed, we looked to have some normalcies and how we could safely resume this. After careful consideration, we have decided to bring back Donut Fridays. We take the utmost care to individually wrap the donuts in zipped bags and We do ask that you wait to enjoy them in your vehicle and not in the sectioned off customer area.


For the time being, all salesperson meetings have to be scheduled.

We request that any salesperson call to book an appointment at (403) 569-0005. We can then accommodate your requests and setup appointments as needed.
